The boat is a 2001 Bass Tracker Pro Team 175, fully restored and tournament-rigged. It’s equipped with Garmin electronics, including a Garmin Force Kraken trolling motor and an Echomap UHD Plus 93SV with dual transducers.
The highlight of this setup is its 2021 70HP Suzuki outboard, with fewer than 100 hours of use—offering incredible reliability, whisper-quiet performance, and impressive speed. This is truly the perfect boat for targeting Miami Peacock Bass.
For those interested, I’ve included details of the restoration process below. The work was completed by Captain Cody Dampier, an experienced charter captain on Lake Headwaters, from whom I purchased the boat.
Captain Cody sold me a great foundation, and I added everything I needed to turn it into my dream fishing machine. Upgrades include a new Garmin Force Kraken trolling motor, two 100Ah Lithium Iron Phosphate batteries, a Garmin Echomap UHD 93SV, and both GT54 and GT56 transducers.
I also revamped the livewell system, upgrading to a top-of-the-line tournament setup—because keeping bait and bass alive is extremely important to me. In addition, I installed brand-new seating with front and rear pedestals to ensure my clients can fish in comfort.
